By accessing or using CSYResume's website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products & Services
Digital Products
CSYResume sells digital resume templates in formats including Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF. All products are delivered electronically via download link sent to your registered email address after successful payment.
Product Descriptions
We strive to accurately describe all products. Template previews are representative of the final product. Minor variations in appearance may occur depending on your software version (e.g., Microsoft Word version).
License Grant
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the template for your own personal career purposes. You may create unlimited resumes for yourself using the purchased template.
3. Prohibited Uses
Reselling & Distribution
You may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away our templates to any third party. Each purchase is for a single user's personal use only.
Commercial Use
You may NOT use our templates to create a competing product, offer resume writing services using our templates without a commercial license, or use them in any commercial capacity without prior written consent from CSYResume.
Modification & Reverse Engineering
You may NOT remove copyright notices, claim ownership of the original template design, or reverse-engineer our products to create derivative template products for distribution.
Illegal Activities
You may NOT use our services for any unlawful purpose, to create fraudulent documents, or to misrepresent your identity or qualifications to employers.
4. Payments & Pricing
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular wallets. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.
Failed Transactions
If a payment fails but your account is charged, please contact us at support@csyresume.com with your transaction ID. We will investigate and resolve within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Policy
Digital Product Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the download link has been accessed. We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or found a cheaper alternative.
Eligible Refunds
We will issue a full refund if: (a) the product is significantly different from its description, (b) the file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot provide a working replacement, or (c) you were charged multiple times for the same order.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email support@csyresume.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content on CSYResume — including template designs, graphics, text, logos, and website code — is the exclusive property of CSY Resume Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
Trademarks
"CSYResume" and our logo are trademarks of CSY Resume Private Limited. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
User Content
Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you submit to us may be used by CSYResume without compensation or attribution, though we will never share your personal information publicly without consent.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
No Guarantee of Employment
CSYResume provides resume templates as tools to help you present your qualifications. We do not guarantee that using our templates will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Career outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, CSYResume's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CSYResume shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at support@csyresume.com to resolve any disputes amicably. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days.
