Important: Digital Product Policy
CSYResume sells digital products (downloadable resume templates). Because digital files can be copied and retained after download, our refund policy is more limited than physical goods. We encourage you to review template previews carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a template, contact us before buying.
What Qualifies for a Refund?
Eligible for Refund
- Product file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot provide a working replacement
- Product received is significantly different from what was described or shown in the preview
- You were charged multiple times for the same order (duplicate charge)
- Technical error prevented you from downloading the product and we cannot resolve it
Not Eligible for Refund
- You changed your mind after downloading the template
- You found a cheaper alternative elsewhere
- The template doesn't match your personal aesthetic preference (subjective reasons)
- You purchased the wrong template by mistake (please contact us before downloading)
- Compatibility issues with older software versions not listed in product requirements
How to Request a Refund

Email support@csyresume.com with your order ID and reason for refund within 7 days of purchase.
Review
Our team reviews your request within 2 business days and may ask for additional information.
Decision
We notify you of the decision via email. Approved refunds are processed immediately.
Refund
Funds are returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
